How It Works: 3 Easy Steps

Sales Aptitude Test

Step 1 – Preparation

SalesDrive works with your management team to understand your current sales team’s job responsibilities and the mix of hunters and farmers your team needs. When it is time to test your team, simply send us each individual’s name and email address. We will send him/her testing instructions for the sales aptitude test.

Sales Personality Test

Step 2- Production Builder©

Your current salesperson logs in to the Production Builder website to complete the test. They may complete the test at home, or at the office. The testing process takes about 30 minutes.

Online Sales Test

Step 3 – Results

When each team member finishes the test, we will generate a report and send it to you via email within one business day. The Production Builder report will provide specific suggestions for improving each salesperson’s performance based upon his/her unique personality profile.
