To get the most out of our assessment, you must apply it early in the hiring process. The correct use of an assessment is to allow it to assist you in identifying those candidates with real potential, while weeding out pretenders.

It is not a validation tool to be used at the very end of the hiring process. If you take this approach you will be disappointed when someone who “sold” you in the interview, turns out to lack that core aptitude needed for long-term sales success.

A subscription plan makes financial sense for companies who will use more than six assessments per month. This will allow you to assess all candidates cost-efficiently.

For small businesses, only looking to hire occasionally or seasonally, we offer a pay-per-use model, whereby you are only charged for completed assessments.
