How The DriveTest® Works

The DriveTest® is the only pre employment, online sales test designed to over weigh the most valuable aptitude of all salespeople... the ability to develop new business. 

Our research has found that successful new business developers share three innate personality traits that cannot be taught, you either have them or you don't by adulthood... so training is virtually a waste of money unless this core aptitude is in place.

The DriveTest® therefore heavily emphasizes these three characteristics.

The DriveTest® measures each of these three elements, combines them into a total Drive score ranging from 1-5.

Why Our Sales Test is Different
The DriveTest® is the only online sales test that heavily weights the three elements of Drive: Need for Achievement, Competitiveness and Optimism. 

The DriveTest® consists of 42 questions use a Forced-Choice format, which requires the sales candidate to choose which statement is most like him/her. 

Furthermore, the candidate must choose between three options that sound equally positive, making this employment screening more difficult for someone to fake.
