• SalesDrive, LLC neither warrants nor represent that your use of the Website (ondemand.shl.com) including, without limitation, its contents, functionality, performance and features, will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with SHL Group plc.
• While SHL Group plc uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Website, SHL Group plc makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. SHL Group plc and SalesDrive, LLC assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Website.
• The Website including, without limitation, its contents, functionality, performance and features is provided on an “as is” basis and SalesDrive, LLC expressly excludes all responsibility for loss arising as a result of your use of the Website or any reliance placed on the information appearing in the Website.
