SalesDrive provides search services for a select group of clients who have definitive needs and expectations for hiring high-Drive new business developers (Hunters).

Our pre-hire testing and interviewing by industrial/organizational psychologists are designed to identify the small percentage of candidates that have the personalities and skill sets to “rainmake” as opposed to salespeople who provide support for true Hunters.

The SalesDrive process requires both high standards and patience on the part of our clients. No candidate will be presented for a client interview unless he/she has:

  1. Passed the online DriveTest™
  2. Passed the three-hour, Drive Interview™ administered by our business psychologists.

Less than 10% of all candidates will rise to this occasion. The ones who do have a 90% probability of succeeding as a new business developer/salesperson.
